Ahh I see it now. Those are some really darn nice pictures !Sorry, there was an issue with photobucket earlier today ... my photos all over the web disappeared. Seems to be fixed now.
Lol ... thanks, yes, thoroughly British indeed! I've actually had a couple of people ask me "what does you plate mean / say?" I mean really, if you can't figure mine out you must be really baffled by some of the more confusing ones I see on the streetI just really hope you got some reactions about your license plate. A plate as epic as that cannot be ignored especially with how fitting it is for your XE...since of course its a brit!
Sapphire is even deeper and darker. I did not choose taht because I could at least see it at the dealer before I ordered and it seemed it could appear black very easily, especially when a little dirty. The Caesium Blue for me is a little light ... maybe even bordering on "boy racer" ... although I think it looks great on the F-Pace. If I had to order and XE today, with the Bluefire discontinued, I would likely select it even over the Italian Racing Red.That is a very very deep blue though

Got my XE in June, it is Alice's twin brother. Looks exactly like yours except interior is all black with blue stitching. Love the car and the color, like you am glad it is not offered any more and will be rare.Bluefire ... is no more. Replaced by Caesium Blue ... so I am glad I got my rare color here in the US when I did. We had maybe a 3 month window to order and had to do it sight-unseen
Introducing .... Alice
... because after all it WAS Alice who was late for tea ...
I got the idea from a car forum several years back. I simply visualize some guy getting pulled over by the cops in a Jag and the officer sauntering up to the door. He asks, "why are you going so fast" ... and the reply comes, "well of course I'm late for tea". I'm not really sure why, but it made me laugh and stuck in my head. Made the vanity plate choice easy ... and naming the car really simple too.
Alice is a girly girl and likes having her photo taken. She photobombed the lake a few times ... and the church too. Eventually I just gave in.

I have some additional plans for a few more accessories and some mild mods ... but those will come later this year. For right now I am just enjoying the drive. Great car. A bit of a sleeper where I live. Nobody really expects to get passed by a fast Jag ... but I have to hurry - I'm late for tea.
Thanks again to Jaguar Land Rover of Farmington Hills for all of their help!

PPF is going to be a big one this time of the year since we're slowly easing into the messy weather, anyone who starts now have some good time to work with before it all happens. Better get yourselves winterized if you haven't already.Do you plan on doing any PPF or sealants or anything on it ? Keep it nice and glossy/wet looking ?
