Bubble forming on the chrome part of the Upper Panel

Hi Guys,
I recently noticed that there are some tiny bubbles or bumps formed on the chrome part of the upper panel on my 2018 XE. Did the heat cause this since the change in weather? Is this normal? If not what is the cause? Is it fixable? Please see the attached picture for reference.
