Hi everyone - wonder if anyone can help. I have had my XE Prestige for about 3 months now and find the driver seat really uncomfortable, due to a seam with quite heavy stitching in the leather, which presses right on my sciatic nerve. I am at a loss to know why there isn't a smooth transition between the panels of the driver seat, like there is on the back seats and like the driver seat of my neighbour's XF. The dealer says it will soften off with time, but as winter approaches, I can only imagine it getting stiffer and more uncomfortable. I'm looking for something to "fill in" the wedge shaped voids between the centre panel and the "wings" of the squab. Any ideas?

Really not too sure. The only thing I've really seen is the ergonomic backrest cushions but not too sure about the bottom for the wedges of the bolsters. Maybe a pillow ? Winter time will definitely make it a lot stiffer.

I am having a similar issue, I think, on my 2017 XE Premium - can't figure out if it's the stitching as you say, or if the padding on the center cushion is worn down. Did you end up having any luck?

The cushion is already worn down when the car is so new?
Not sure if there really is a solution aside from a seat pillow until the seat itself breaks in.
