Hi I installed an aftermarket jaguar aluminum alloy leaper at the gear selector knob. Bought this relatively cheaply from eBay. What do you guys think?

I'm trying to understand why you need or want aftermarket paddle shifters? Pray tell. The original ones are good enough and on average you don't really use the paddles much. The auto shifting is good enough.
