Is it true that Jaguar gives out monetary bonuses to dealers based on the post-sale survey that consumers fill out after purchasing a car?

I don't know if they do but I don't see why not, that information is valuable because when you know why people buy your products you can work better to sell MORE. So as simple as that information may seem to the average joe, it basically translates to leads to sell vehicles... that's big.
They rank well when surveys are taken of customer experience and vehicle quality. I could see such a program being an effective way to get and retain those results.

Makes even more sense for that to happen now with JLR wanting more and more volume products in comparison to what they were like years ago with products not nearly as strong as now.
