I think the Evoque came out around 2010-2011. I was following it's release a bit and remember them having a crazy amount of pre-orders, into the 5 digit range from what i can remember. Much unlike other releases I have tracked.

Not sure what their exact reason is but i'm just glad to see that they're finally bringing one to market now, something i'd like to see being compared to Porsche's Cayenne.

if that's the segment the one they're releasing is going to be in...

next up they should look into doing a macan rival!

performance is it, it would be wrong of them to just make another utilitarian vehicle being part of a brand that already fills that demand.

Jaguar making an SUV that's performance focused and geared towards being a Cayenne rival is the way to go .
