This is great news. I'm not sure what the situation is in the UK, but I know in the US there is a huge problem with veterans getting integrated into the work force. Veterans are already so disciplined, they would make great employees. They are a great resource, its a smart move by JLG.

I think its so sad that veterans end up homeless once they get home. For some reason some companies are averse to hiring veterans. Maybe they think war messes them up or something.
