This is good. I know american companies have things like this for people who serve in the army, good to see they're doing ths.

Not sure what it is, but I think ultimately it's the individuals fault for not doing anything about it, that's if they are mentally and physically able, which in that case I don't feel sorry. BUT I still think governments should take care of their vets and at least offer employment assistance for those that want to pursue something else.
