Over $10k and they caused that much damage ?! That darn rivets back off and went flying. Not even that alone but look at your calipers ?!

These people seem like complete tools, there's no way I would tolerate that. I would definitely take legal action towards that and publicly call them out on their hideous behavior and ethic.

I'm trying not to think about that my friend, but you are totally right.

People in companies like this just think about the financial aspect of it and that they'll be losing money. They don't think about the risk that they're posing on other peoples lives. That's where it counts.

I'm just really happy you've shared this with us so you could at least save some more people from enduring that same horrible experience you've gone through.
