Hello Ryan,

I use this opportunity to post the first question :)

My car has been built (May 4th). Can you tell us what the procedure after the build is? My car should be transported to The Netherlands.

How frequent are the cars moved from the plant and how frequent are they shipped over seas (to main land Europe)?

Thanks!
Marc.

Hi Marc

Thank you for your post.

I note your query and must advise that vehicles built at our factory would be expected to leave the plant after roughly a week subject to completion of the required quality checks. For vehicles that are to be shipped overseas, delivery times can depend on the length of time taken to transport vehicles from the plant and through the ports to their onward destination. Again, this is subject to the processes and checks in place by the relevant port authorities and transportation companies. For this reason, I would be unable to advise on a specific timeframe.

For information regarding individual vehicle orders and delivery statuses, may I suggest contacting your vending retailer who should be able to advise on this.

Regards

Ryan

Hi All,

Unfortunately I have received notification today that Verticalscope will be disabling this dedicated section and have requested no further interaction from ourselves as the manufacturer.

As a manufacturer, we would like to offer continued support and assistance to our loyal customers, however unfortunately should you need any assistance in the future, could you please contact the customer relations team in your specific market through the official Jaguar website.

Please visit Jaguar.com and select your specific market and then select Contact Us.

We apologise for any disappointment that may result from this, however unfortunately this decision was beyond our control.

Many thanks,
Ryan
