Winter prep

Today actually being forecasted to be nice and sunny, I decided to switch over to my winter alloys and tyres. These were bought off Ebay back in March. Once out of their storage, all pressures were checked and found to be at 30psi +- 1. Got them on the car and after a 5 mile sedate run, the TPMS registered the pressures correctly and I was able to go to my air line and top up to my preferred level. I thought the TPMS might give me issues, but no. I'll check the torque settings in a fortnight.
Gave the car a clean and cleaned the summer wheels, and I'm glad to say they scrubbed up very well. Just need to top up the washer bottle and I"ll be ready for the worst that winter can throw at me!
